Lesson Overview
Each and every lesson ensures that the fundamentals of proper vocal technique are at the forefront. Students learn the integral components such as diaphragmatic breathing, ear training, posture, phonetics, diction, articulation, agility, range extension, projection, dynamics, resonation, notation and so much more. All students will learn healthy ways to properly care and maintain their unique instrument.
The second half of a typical lesson is geared towards performance. Students will not only apply their learned techniques to their selected piece, they'll explore stage presence. Learning these skills are essential to developing
your talents. You'll build confidence, uncover self expression, gain emotional awareness, build resiliency, enhance communication skills, storytell through expression, learn mic technique and improve your physical well-being all while having fun!! Public performances are never mandatory!
Full Year Program
In Person or Online ~ Ages 7+
These vocal lessons are conducted to a set schedule for the full academic year which is typically late August through to mid or end June. Within the academic year there are 40 lessons that are typically 30 minutes in length. These lessons are for individuals who are fully committed to attend lessons on the same day and time for the full duration of the program.
With your yearly enrollment, the Group Vocal Workshops are included at no extra charge! That's a savings of $135.00!! There are 5 classes throughout the year and each class is 90 minutes in length and are a fun way to learn aspects that one cannot obtain from individual lessons. These group workshops build comradery, create community, boost one's self confidence and elevate one's skill set to the next level. There is always something magical and powerful when sharing your voice within a group.
Due to the programs timeline, registration for this program only happens once a year! Registration opens with an early bird rate on June 15th and after June 30th the regular rate applies.
Upon booking, you will select the day and time which will best suit your schedule. Once you've confirmed your day and time you may finish the online booking process by submitting payment and filling out the registration form. A payment option of 4 equal payments is available through PayPal if you wish to use that option. If you'd rather not use the online services or you require a 45 or 60 minute lesson, please contact me to schedule and payment can be done via e-transfer and I will manually send you the registration form. This option does not grant you the ability to utilize a payment plan.
All bookings are subject to availability and are first come first serve. Once bookings are made, there are no refunds and no rescheduling.

Semester Program
In Person or Online ~ Ages 7+
These vocal lessons are conducted to a set weekly schedule for the duration of 8 weeks and are typically 30 minutes in length. They are for individuals who would rather commit to a shorter duration than to the full year schedule. There are a total of 5 semesters throughout the academic year for you to choose from. You may decide to enrol in all of them or only certain ones, the choice is fully yours!!
For each semester you enrol into, the Group Vocal Workshop is included at no extra charge! That's a savings of $27.00!! They are 90 minutes in length and are a fun way to learn aspects that one cannot obtain from individual lessons. These group workshops build comradery, create community, boost one's self confidence and elevate one's skill set to the next level. There is always something magical and powerful when sharing your voice within a group.
Due to the programs recurring schedule, registration for this program is offered bi/monthly 5 times a year. Registration will close for that particular semester once that semester begins. Please see the "Scheduling & Rates" page for all the important dates.

Flexpass Program
In Person or Online ~ Ages 7+
These vocal lessons are not set to a weekly schedule and are perfect for someone who may only want a few lessons to brush up on material or who is seeking help preparing for an event or audition. Whether you want a lesson every few weeks or once a month, this option is for you!!
You are able to schedule, reschedule or cancel at your own convenience. Lessons are typically 30 minutes in length but if you choose to attend a 45 or 60 minute lesson, all you'll need to do is schedule two spots back to back.
Due to the programs year round availability, registration is always open and you may schedule your lessons up to 90 days in advance.
Upon booking, you will select the day and time which will best suit your schedule. Once you've confirmed your day and time you will receive a confirmation email regarding your booking as well as a 24 hour reminder notification. Immediately following your booking, you will be redirected to the registration form. Only one form needs to be filled out per academic teaching year. Payment for these lessons can be done via e-transfer or by cash at the time of your lesson.

Group Vocal Workshop
In Person Only ~ Ages 7+
Group vocal workshops are 90 minutes in length and are a fun way to learn aspects that one cannot obtain from individual lessons. These group workshops build comradery, create community, boost one's self confidence and elevate one's skill set to the next level. There is always something magical and powerful when sharing your voice within a group.
Curriculum will vary from class to class but we will work on but not limited to ensemble skills, harmonies, rhythm expansion, voice blending, enhancing listening skills / ear training and performance development all while exploring different styles and genres.
These workshops are offered bi/monthly. All Flexpass students as well as the general public may register for a small fee which is paid upon registration. You'll immediately be redirected to the online registration form. Only one form needs to be filled out per academic teaching year. If you'd rather not use the online services please contact me to schedule and payment can be done via e-transfer and I will manually send you the registration form.
